5. Returns and Refunds

Packages that were returned due to incorrect user addresses or failed USPS delivery (refund will be made based on the actual shipping cost).

After the return application is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Customs duties and priority mail fees are non-refundable.
